SPORT1 Media Library – UX & UI Redesign
Structure, discoverability, and scalability reimagined
Structure, discoverability, and scalability reimagined
The existing SPORT1 media library was difficult to understand in its structure: content was grouped unclearly, shows and topics were mixed together, and relevant videos were hard to find.
My goal was to significantly improve discoverability and orientation, and to create a scalable structure that enables SPORT1 to integrate new formats flexibly and in a future-proof way.

Problem:
A cluttered, organically grown content structure made it difficult for users to quickly find relevant content and navigate efficiently.
Approach:
Analysis of existing content and user flows, as well as the development of a clearly structured information architecture, complemented by defined navigation logic and prioritized content areas.
Impact:
Improved orientation within the media library and significantly more efficient navigation through reduced complexity and clearly structured content.
